To be precise in 2024 by Will Ferrell : " I don't know what else to do, because we, man, we've been running the show since what, 10,000 BC? And we're not doing so good. So, please, can you guys just take over? " I do believe the above quote has never been as relevant as today. In this time and age, when uncertainty rules the world and we constantly wake up yet to another shocking news in this mad geopolitical era. Women must take over and reunite all nations, people, countries, neighbours and humanity as a whole. Something must be done. Someone has to step up. Otherwise we'll all be waiting for waking up from a bad dream. In my opinion we can do a lot. As individuals. If everyone just pays attention how they think, feel, behave and act in our micro-environment, collectively it all adds up. We can create a snowball effect. Our circumstances today require lots of resilience, strength and healthy mental energy. This is the time when we can not neglect it any more. It's not just the daily stress, our demanding jobs, busy family life - but all, what's happening around us on the map. We are being told, we are enemies of each other and we need to fight with one another. Even if we don't want to. In this crazy era it has never been more important to prioritise self-care , doing mental - housecleaning and finding that inner peace of ours. This is what I teach in my Coaching Bootcamps and this is the key message of The Confidence Club - which we started last year. Empowering people and making them realise how important it is to spend time with ourselves. Allowing time to slow down, finding peace and understanding how our mind works - taking back the control from the ego. The women's body and mind has a slightly more sophisticated system to find connection to the ego and build resilience to silence it and take over. It is something similar, what Will Ferrell's quote is referring to. We are just built differently to men - which has a purpose of course. And also maybe it's time to realise we need more space on that big world stage to finally make a difference. To unite nations, women, men, children, young, old of all kinds of races. Not sure if and when this will happen - so staying in the now and focusing on what we can do TODAY as individuals, I suggest to try the following tips, hints, ideas to build stronger mental muscles, healthier mind, silence that inner critic and just generally feel better : 1. Daily Mindset Reset Build a badass morning routine. This is a game changer. Nothing beats you if you set yourself up for winning the day. My personal favourite is my 10 Minute Mindfulness Booklet , which I use each morning when I drink my morning coffee. 2. Gratitude Giving This is the most basic practice you can try or do any time when you feel like it. It's free, costs nothing. There is only one "small" thing you need to do: ALLOWING TIME for yourself to think for 5 min just about what can you be grateful for today, in this moment. 3. Offline Sundays It's getting into a massive trend now trying to get back to our real human nature and being offline for certain amount of time each week / month / year. People started to go offline for days, going to offline coffee shops, clubs just to read a book, and enjoy a real valuable interaction with other human beings, going for holidays to remote locations with no access to the digital world. To be honest my biggest challenge to this point is still what I heard from Mel Robbins - to get my phone sleep in another room and not to mess around on Instagram before I fall asleep. :) 4. Move Your Body The direct connection between brain activity and fitness has been proved since decades. The impact what moving our body has on our mental health is insane. Just a simple 10 minutes movement can immediately affect our mental focus, and to go one step further - even calming the nervous system. That's why many people answer to this question: "How do you manage stress?" with saying "I go to the gym / for a run etc." I'm well aware that in most cases the HOW TO START and not the actual thing is the problem. My 'self-hack' here is that I constantly come up with appealing rewards once I manage to push myself for a run (and I tell my personal fitness coach, my Dad - so he can be proud of me. :) 5. Give Some Love I believe this LOVE thing is often just taken for granted. We expect others to love us, constantly showing it, proving it and also saying it. The shocking fact is that there is a simple reason why it just never feels enough. We need to start this with the person, who we have the closest relationship with: our own self . We need to be able to express appreciation to this little boy or girl - our inner self, who is so hungry for love and attention. Maybe because he/she never got it when it was most needed or because tough circumstances in life. Whatever the reason is - that's not the point. The point is, where it all starts, is INSIDE. This hyped up " find your true love in another person " thing is the biggest commercial hook humankind has ever seen. I have bad news people: it will never work. And why? Because one can never truly authentically love another unless he/she finds love with their inner self first. Everything and anything in the external world is out of our control. How other people think, feel, behave, love or hate - we have absolutely zero impact on. So my advice for everyone, who is desperately trying to find that love of yours in another person: look inside. You'll find it there. I did. ❤️

Every January, it pops up with gloomy headlines and well-meaning advice that usually sounds something like: stay positive , go for a walk , light a candle . And while none of those things are bad, they don’t always feel very… realistic. At Treat Your Staff, we like to do things a little differently. Because for many people, January really can feel heavy - not because of a formula involving weather and paydays, but because we’re tired. We’re easing back into routines, finding our focus again, and doing it all while it’s still dark by late afternoon. So instead of labelling today as “the worst day of the year”, we prefer to see Blue Monday as something else entirely: a gentle check-in. Not a day to fix everything. Not a day to force positivity. Just a moment to notice how you’re actually feeling - and what might help, even a little. If you’re feeling low, you’re not broken Let’s get this out of the way first. Feeling flat, unmotivated, or slightly disconnected right now doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It’s a very normal response to a very human season. And if you’re not feeling low today?
