Team Building day with IKEA UK

What an amazing time we had with the IKEA UK Leadership team in Birmingham on 4-5th July. Mesi delivered a mood booster energiser session on the second day of the conference to a team of 70 colleagues. They all had fun while the ice-breaker games, enjoyed stretching and moving their body for uplifting music. The session was part of a busy agenda - which helped people refocus their mind, set their intentions for the day and refresh the body.
